Exchange Terms and Conditions
After purchasing from the Shine Mart BD website, customers
can request an exchange. Please follow these instructions:
- Products
must be in their original condition and exchanged within 3 days.
- Items
should be unused and intact to be eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges
are only applicable for in-stock items. If the stock is unavailable,
customers can choose another product within a similar or higher price
range.
- No
monetary compensation will be provided for exchanges.
- Exchanges
are not applicable to products purchased during sales.
- If a
customer received cashback at the time of payment, the cashback amount
will be deducted from the refund.
- Customers
must ensure the item is securely packed and delivered. Shine Mart BD will
not be responsible for any damage incurred during the return process.
- To
initiate an exchange, email us at info@shinemartbd.com with your order ID
and details of the issue within 12 hours. We will confirm the return
request and inform you about the pickup process.
Note: All charges are determined by the delivery
agents.
Return Policies
At Shine Mart BD, we take great care in packaging our
products and conduct rigorous quality checks before shipping. If you receive a
product that is flawed, damaged, or broken, you can return it or request an
exchange.
- Free
Returns Within 3 Days: Returns are free if made within 3 days of
purchase.
- Responsibility
After 3 Days: Shine Mart BD will not be responsible for returns
claimed after 3 days.
- Disliked
Products: If you wish to return a product you do not like, you
will need to cover the delivery charges.
- Damaged
or Broken Products: If the product is damaged or broken upon
delivery, you must inform us in the presence of the delivery person. Call
us at 01618119937 or email us at info@shinemartbd.com. If someone else
receives the product on your behalf, they must inform us immediately. No
complaints will be accepted after the delivery person has left.
- Incorrect
Products or Quantities: If the product or quantity received does
not match your invoice, inform us in the presence of the delivery person.
We will deliver the missing products within 24-72 hours at no extra delivery
charge. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person has left.
Refund Policies
Shine Mart BD has a clear refund policy. Here’s a quick

- Refund
from Returns: Processed after the item is returned and passes
Quality Control (QC). Check our Return Policy for details.
- Refunds
from Cancelled Orders: Automatically triggered once the
cancellation is processed.
- Cashback
Adjustments: Any cashback received will be adjusted with the
refund amount.
- No
Cancellation or Refund for Pre-orders: Once confirmed, pre-orders
or sale items cannot be cancelled or refunded.
